Private Medical Insurance
We accept the following private medical health insurance companies: -
- Aviva
- AXA
- BUPA (including BUPA Global) - Not accepted for Podiatry
- Cigna
- Vitality
- WPA
We would suggest the policy holder contact their medical insurance company regarding their individual conditions prior to commencing treatment to activate a claim/request an authorisation.
- Is there a policy excess, which the policy holder has to self-pay
- Check the number of sessions or monetary value available
- Is there a time limit for the treatment to take place i.e. prior to the date the policy will expire
We will provide and require you to complete a Medical Insurance Agreement Form. We can then invoice your insurance company directly using the information you have provided. Please provide us with at least 24 hours notice to cancel/reschedule, as medical insurance will not cover this and you would then be required to self-fund the cost of the appointment.
