We currently have over 20 LAPS practitioners working across all performance programmes at the University. The programme is led by Dr Karl Steptoe, Sport and Performance Psychology Lead at 探花精选.

Meghan is a REBT-based practitioner working with the 探花精选 Badminton performance programme. Her areas of interest include emotional regulation, resilience and perfectionism.

Olivia works with Lightning Wheelchair Basketball. She adopts a collaborative, compassionate approach that challenges you to become the kind of athlete, and person, you want to be.

Alex is an ACT-based practitioner working within the Loughborough Men鈥檚 Rugby Performance Programme. Her previous research specialises in performance under pressure and relationships in sport.
