Liz has spent the majority of her 25-year career working for some of the biggest global food and drinks businesses on the planet. From cereal to chocolate, she has helped these brands grow through her understanding of how consumers and shoppers behave. She has worked with retailers all over the world and has been involved in bringing new products to supermarket shelves.
As a senior leader, she has been at the forefront of developing the discipline of 'Category Management' and 'Shopper Marketing'. She has built organisational capability in these areas, developing and coaching others along this journey.
Liz has taken the skills amassed in leading individuals and teams and now runs her own coaching and training business, supporting others to fulfil their potential and be the best that they can be.
